It is is a personalized partnership that helps you achieve your goals by helping you find clarity, develop actionable strategies, and accountability. It empowers you to overcome challenges and reach your full potential.
Sessions focus on your goals, exploring obstacles and creating actionable plans. Youβll gain clarity, confidence, and tools to achieve results.
The standard package is three months, including eight one-on-one sessions, weekly email support, and a goal setting plan tailored to your needs.
Coaching is a collaborative process, and I'm committed to your success. You hold the content and I hold the process. Success is determined by your own investment of time and commitment to action. If you don't feel you're ready to commit, I advise you to wait until you are.
The coaching relationship is unique. The coach and the client form a partnership to better equip you to realize your optimal health vision based on your own goals and values. Any concern that gets in the way of taking care of your optimal health is the perfect subject with which to begin coaching. Therefore, any topic you want to bring up that you think will contribute to your optimal health is an appropriate topic for Health & Well-Being Coaching.
Sessions are held over Google Meet but can be adopted to in-person (if available).

Yes, sessions are scheduled to fit your availability, with options for evenings and weekends if needed. However, we do require that you commit to a regular, reoccurring time period to ensure consistency and progress.
Life happens. We schedule weekly sessions to maintain consistency and momentum. If for any reason you need to change your session, please provide us 24 hours notice and we will gladly find an alternate time slot (pending availability).
